Tucked away behind Plaza Court in Alleghany sits a tiny historical church.

The building was donated to the Alleghany County Water District for community use by Jim Roos in 1994.

Work is being done to preserve the building and make it available for events.

We had our first fundraising event on Sept. 22, 2012. Rita Hosking graced the church with her beautiful voice and a wonderful harvest lunch was served prior to the concert. Thank you to everybody who supported this event.

Goals

Besides preserving the building, our primary objective is to raise enough money to build a small out-building nearby for a bathroom and storage.
